Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 239(O&G) "An Act relating to evidence of                       
financial responsibility provided by persons who conduct oil                   
operations; and providing for an effective date" be taken up.

CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 239(O&G) was before the Senate on                       
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL                     
NO. 239(O&G) "An Act relating to evidence of financial                         
responsibility provided by persons who conduct oil operations; and             
providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The roll was
